An off-market, vacant land parcel which a private investor was considering acquiring. We assessed the feasibility of the proposed design and completed a residual land valuation, advising the client on where the optimal value lay before they committed to the purchase.
We completed a full planning appraisal for the site on behalf of the client, who instructed O'Shea Estates to advise on the next steps required to progress and ultimately construct their planning permission.
A four-acre site with capacity for up to 50 residential units. We were instructed to research and appraise the site, identifying the optimal scheme to generate maximum development profit — including a sensitivity analysis across alternative scheme options — and went on to manage the site through planning to commencement.
Instructed by a homeowner to provide planning advice and manage the application for a large extension. We assisted in optimising the proposed design and advised the client on forecasted profit alongside our planning guidance, giving them a clear view of value before proceeding.
